We offer a variety of services including key-cutting, locksmith services and sell a range of hardware and ironmongery supplies in our shop in Battle High Street. The scope of each service is determined on a case-by-case basis and agreed upon before any work may begins (most notably locksmith call-out services).

2. Service Requests
To request us to help you, you must provide accurate information regarding the nature of the enquiry. We reserve the right to decline service requests that fall outside our scope or that we believe we cannot complete satisfactorily.

3. Pricing and Payment

• Quotes: Free quotes are provided based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary if the scope of work changes.

• Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash.

• Late Payments: Failure to make payment on time may result in additional charges or service suspension.

​4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule an appointment by providing at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

5. Warranties and Liability

• Service Warranty: We provide a limited warranty on parts and labor for a specified period after the service is completed. Warranty terms vary depending on the type of service performed.

• Liability: Battle Locksmiths & Hardware is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or the use of any of the products you may purchase from our shop. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service or product in question.

6. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing access to the area where the locksmith work will be performed and ensuring the working conditions are safe. Any delays or interruptions caused by a lack of access may result in additional charges.

7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and images on the Battle Locksmith & Hardware website are the property of Battle Locksmiths & Hardware. You may not reproduce or distribute this content without our express written consent.
